The 9/11 memorial is on my to do list, but ultimately, I just don’t think I’m ready.

  1. You definitely need to be in the right frame of mind. Consider taking a camera to capture any views that particularly strike you. Years from now you’ll be glad you did.

  2. I visited the WTC Memorial this weekend. My grandfather retired from Rescue 3 many years ago and it was amazing to see all the sames surrounding the pools. It left you feeling somewhat somber. My hear aches for the families. But what wonderful recreation the site will be once completed.
