Kate Spencer secured the high regard of Twilight fans long before she wrote The 10 Things I’ll Miss Most About Twilight: A Love Letter. Back in ’09, she analyzed Rob and Kristen’s body language at Comic-Con just like we did.

Unlike most of us, though, Kate has spent time with the lovely Kristen. #jealous

Kate, who is pregnant with her second baby, is hilarious. Even the Huffington Post says so. You should follow her on Twitter if you somehow aren’t already.

OneChicklette: Your favorite qualities in a love interest

@KateSpencer: Possessive, insanely attractive, 108 years old, sparkle-y. Just kidding (Twilight humor LOLZ). My husband pretty much sums it up: patient, funny, bright, passionate, able to clean up cat vomit and exploding baby diapers.

OneChicklette: Your chief characteristic (one word)

@KateSpencer: Emotional.

OneChicklette: What you appreciate most in your friends

@KateSpencer: They all have a great sense of humor, are open-minded, unfailingly supportive, brilliant, opinionated and willing to talk about anything and everything.

OneChicklette: Your idea of happiness

@KateSpencer: A day spent with my family with zero interruptions (emails, work, etc). But also…an endless supply of the shoes I covet (Call me, Rachel Comey).

OneChicklette: Your idea of misery

@KateSpencer: Being trapped in a job or life with no creative fulfillment (I’ve been there. It’s painful.)

OneChicklette: Your favorite fictional character

@KateSpencer: There are so many, but I adore Elaine Benes.

OneChicklette: Your favorite thing to eat, and also to drink

@KateSpencer: A slice of NYC pizza or an everything bagel with cream cheese, cucumber and tomato. Drink: a really good root beer or a giant glass of red wine.

OneChicklette: Five tangible things you can’t live without

@KateSpencer: Not including people (because really, you have to list your family or you’re a terrible person):

• My iPhone
• My baby blanket that I still sleep with
• The Internet
• Yoga
• The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.

@KateSpencer: I’d like to travel the world with my family. (And live in Paris. And own a horse. So that’s three!)

@KateSpencer: There are a lot of people I chat with/favorite on Twitter whom I really admire and would love to fangirl over in person – @kateaurthur, @mmesurly, @caissie, @MyraMcEntire, to name a few –
but I’m most interested in meeting the Twilight fandom peeps I’ve connected with over the years on Twitter. I’ve met a bunch before and it’s always really fun.
