Further proof that Ashley Spivey is The Missing Link: Jenna Burke aka @TheOverAnalyst is yet another gal I met during one of Ashley’s viewing parties.
Jenna made a big impression on her season of The Bachelor: she cried quite a lot.
I’m almost certain I’d have done the same.
But Jenna bounced back. When I met her, she impressed me with her ability to laugh at herself. Jenna is sweet, witty and good-natured.
In her post-Bachelor life, Jenna lives in Brooklyn and is hard at work on the relaunch of her blog The Over-Analyst, coming in early August.
OneChicklette: Your favorite qualities in a love interest
@TheOverAnalyst: I need a man, not a boy and there are too many boys running around this concrete jungle of where I call home. Hence why now I live in Brooklyn.
I need someone with a creative mind, someone who is passionate about the career, passionate about life & love. I’ll never see to eye with someone who can’t get deep in conversation or who isn’t aspiring to be someone.
Man buns may or not be the key to my heart.
OneChicklette: Your chief characteristic (one word)
OneChicklette: What you appreciate most in your friends
@TheOverAnalyst: It can be a lonely life to live when you don’t have people in your life that just get you. They are my soul mates.
OneChicklette: Your idea of happiness
@TheOverAnalyst: Knowing that I worked really hard in life, traveled the world, developed beautiful relationships, gave back, and made a difference. But to bring it down a few notches, just finding peace within myself. Surprisingly I no longer believe that a man will complete my life. He will, however be a big part of my life.
OneChicklette: Your idea of misery
@TheOverAnalyst: Having no passion in life, just living every day like the last.
OneChicklette: Your favorite fictional character
@TheOverAnalyst: That bat shit crazy blogger on Bachelor Season 16
OneChicklette: Your favorite thing to eat, and also to drink
@TheOverAnalyst: If I’m feeling good, brussels sprouts and blueberry/banana smoothie. If I’m feeling naughty, pizza & whiskey.
OneChicklette: Five tangible things you can’t live without
@TheOverAnalyst: My iphone, laptop, my sick Canon EOS Rebel camera, an old pic of my family that I carry in my wallet & baby oil.
OneChicklette: What’s the number one item on your bucket list? (question via @SaraLang)
@TheOverAnalyst: As much as I would love to say something like to skydive over Dubai, I could never. I am terrified of heights.
But I would love to live in Paris for a year…or Barcelona. Something about living life outside of America gives me a thrill. People usually do this in their 20’s and then settle down. When my dad turned 30, he bought a Porsche, I can see myself turning 30 and moving out of the country.
@OneChicklette: Who do you know via social media that you’re dying to meet in real life? (this question came via @tammy)
@TheOverAnalyst: I definitely can’t say I ‘know’ anyone on Twitter. But to start with the most cliché answer ever…hands down Ryan Gosling. I would also love to meet Tony Robbins for his inspiring words and Chrissy Teigen for her no-filter comments that have me laughing my a$$ off.
@OneChicklette: What is your most under appreciated tweet? (this question came via @MikeKelton)
@TheOverAnalyst: Of course Mike Kelton would ask this. I have currently tweeted 7,980 tweets and half the time I have no idea what I’m saying. I’ll tweet it out if I remember it.
OneChicklette: A question I should ask the next participant
@TheOverAnalyst: Would you rather be sexually attracted to fruit or have Cheetos dust permanently stuck on your fingers?
OneChicklette: Random shout out (can be a person, your business, a web site, a favorite product or brand…anything)
@TheOverAnalyst: I am going to be completely selfish right now and give a shout out to my new and improved blog launching early July, late July, early August…I am the boy who cried wolf. I think by now people think there is no blog but there really is! Launch date to come oh so soon.
On The Over-Analyst, I will be analyzing everything from fashion to beauty to sexology to life in New York. I really focus on helping people create a luxurious life for less and then on other topics, I just like being downright honest. I’m not a know-it-all blogger, I’m just a person who enjoys finding solutions and figuring out how to live this crazy life together.
You can also read some great babe talk and interesting questions I just have to ask dudes.
