Perhaps it’s the bottom feeding lawyer in me, but I gotta go with Saul. Honorable mention to Tuco Salamanca and Gale Boetticher. While they weren’t significant charscters, Tuco was a great bad ass and Gale used is PhD. in Chemistry to create a coffee machine that was so good it caused Walter to question why they were bothering to cook meth. To the very end I resented Jesse shooting Gale.
