Five fun things I did in NYC recently

1. Rode the Super Bowl Blvd toboggan. It was fun to see Times Square from that vantage point. I wish I’d had time to take more photos.

2. Attended an advance movie screening with @misshope. OK, so the movie, Non-Stop, wasn’t good but it was fun to catch up with my friend and we got free popcorn plus a beverage the size of my head!

3. Sat front row at the Tracy Reese Fashion Week show. That was a lucky break. I was supposed to stand but got to sit in the seat of a journalist who no-showed.

4. Was offered a ticket to a test show Late Night with Seth Meyers. It’s this week and I can’t wait to check out his post-SNL work!

5. Got punched by a crazy old lady on a subway platform. OK so that part was not fun. But it was sort of New York-y and she didn’t hurt me.

Shame on you 😉 I’ve elbowed old ladies out of the way here – but they do it first so they ask for it. And most of them are built like tanks 🙂
