High, but not too high. For me, the ankle strap is important for comfort. I booked a fresh pedicure appointment right after they arrived in the mail. Gotta be ready.

Kingside restaurant at the Viceroy NYC

If you know me, you’re aware that I’m not on the kale bandwagon. HOWEVER, Kingside’s white bean soup with kale and chicken meatballs was fantastic. So was everything else I ate during dinner there recently (including the chicken for two with vegetables so delicious they must have a pound of butter or duck fat poured over them during cooking).

If caramel pudding is on the dessert menu, you have to get it. Next time, I want to check out the roof deck.

MacBook Pro with Retina Display

I finally sucked it up and invested in a new computer. It hurt – Macs are not cheap – but I’m in love with its speed.

This sweatshirt has me tempted. I do love my sleep.

I wish my money were spent on this pink chaise. You know how I feel about pink!

Alas, it ships from the U.K. so not practical. And there’s no money left!
